Payment Method

Kindly send the proof of payment to +603-9769 1896 (fax) or email to wobic.introp@upm.edu.my, registration, and participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Please find below our payment details:

 

Note:

1) Payment should be made before 31st October 2019. The organizer reserves the right to refrain registered participant from taking part in the event if payment is not paid prior to the event date and if no proof of payment presented.

2) Onsite payment is not allowed and the direct payment using cash deposit machine (CDM) is unaccepted

cancellation policy:

1) Payment made is NOT refundable. However, a substitute or replacement of registration is acceptable. Please inform the secretariat immediately for any changes.

2) Paid registration fee is not refundable for the failure of obtaining VISA.
